🎨 The WillowPawArt Journey: A Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: You Place Your Order & Share Your Pet
Then, upload a photo of your pet. For pillows, a clear, well-lit, full-body photo with your pet's whole outline visible works best. For canvas portraits, use a clear close-up showing your pet's face and shoulders. Our Photo Guide walks you through it — a great photo is the foundation of everything we create.
Step 2: Our Artists Create Your First Proof (3–5 Business Days)
Once we receive your order, our artists get to work hand-painting a unique artwork from your photo — capturing the personality and spirit that makes your pet so special. Within 3–5 business days, your first hand-painted preview lands in your email inbox.
Step 3: The "Love It" Guarantee: Unlimited Revisions For Free
This is the most important step, and it's all about you.
Review your artwork proof. Is the ear‑flop just right? Does the expression capture their soul? We want you to be 100% in love with it.

If you love it, simply reply to the email with "I approve!"

If you want changes, simply reply with your feedback. Whether it's a small color tweak or a bigger adjustment, we are here to listen. We will refine the artwork based on your notes and send you a new version.
We will happily provide unlimited revisions at no extra cost until the artwork is absolutely perfect in your eyes. We don't start making your physical product until you give us your enthusiastic approval. And if we can't get the artwork right after revisions, just tell us before production starts — you'll receive a full refund, including any expedited fee. Love the art, or pay nothing.
To ensure a speedy process, please keep an eye on your email (and check your spam/junk folder, just in case!) so you can review your proof as soon as it arrives.
Step 4: You Give The Final Approval
Once you are completely thrilled with the hand-painted proof and have given us the final "okay," your part is done! You can relax, knowing the creation you've approved is on its way to being made.
Step 5: Hand‑Crafted Production (5–10 Business Days)
With your final approval, our skilled artisans take over. Your approved design is now brought to life as a physical product. This process takes 5–10 business days, as we pour our craftsmanship into creating a quality keepsake made to be treasured for years. Every order goes through a final quality check before shipping.
Step 6: Your Masterpiece is Shipped (5–10 Business Day Delivery)
After the final quality check, we securely package your creation and hand it over to our shipping partners. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. We ship to most countries worldwide; delivery times can vary a little by destination.
