How is your pillow different from other custom pet pillows?
Most custom pillows print your photo directly onto fabric. Ours goes further — our artists hand-paint your pet's portrait from your photo, then we print the approved artwork onto the plush pillow and cut it to your pet's real shape. The result? A custom-shaped keepsake that feels like art, not just a photo on a pillow.
Can I see my design before it's made?
Absolutely. We email you a hand-painted preview within 3–5 business days of your order. You can request unlimited revisions until you're 100% in love with the design, and we only start production once you give us your final approval.
What if my pet photo isn't good enough?
We review every photo when we receive your order. If we spot any issues, we'll reach out via email to request a better one. For best results, use a photo taken in natural daylight (no flash) with a clear, sharp outline of your pet — this helps our artists capture every detail perfectly. Any pose works — sitting, lying, standing, or walking — as long as the photo is crisp and your pet's full body is visible.
What if I don't like my finished piece?
If your pillow arrives damaged, defective, or different from the artwork you approved, contact us within 30 days with photos and we'll remake it free of charge — or refund you in full if a remake can't fix it. Because every piece is custom-made and personally approved by you, we can't accept change-of-mind returns once production has begun. Not sure about the artwork? That's what the unlimited free revisions are for — we don't make anything until you love the proof.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most countries worldwide with fully tracked shipping. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination. Free shipping on orders over $75.
Do you only make dog products?
Not at all! We welcome pets of all shapes and sizes — cats, birds, rabbits, horses, guinea pigs, lizards, and anything in between. All animals are family here.
