Can I see my portrait before it's printed?
Absolutely. We email a hand-painted preview within 3–5 business days of your order, and you can request as many revisions as you like. Nothing is printed or produced until you approve the final artwork.
What if my pet photo isn't good enough?
We check every photo by hand before we start. For best results, use a clear, close-up photo taken in natural daylight (no flash), at eye level with your pet. If your photo won't work for a detailed portrait, we'll email you within 2 business days to help pick a better one — or refund your order in full if no usable photo exists.
What if I don't like my finished portrait?
During the preview stage, revisions are unlimited — and if we can't get the artwork right, you get a full refund before anything is made. Once you approve, your portrait is custom-made, so change-of-mind returns aren't possible. But if it arrives damaged, incorrect, or different from the art you approved, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll remake it free of charge — and if a remake can't make it right, you'll get a full refund.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide with fully tracked shipping. Portraits arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free on orders over $75; a flat $7.95 applies below that.
Do you only design dog portraits?
Not at all! We welcome pets of all shapes and sizes — cats, horses, rabbits, birds, guinea pigs, and anything in between. All animals are family here.
Can you feature my pet on your website or social media?
We'd love to! Tag us on Instagram @willowpawart — and if we feature your pet, we'll always ask your permission first.

Choose your preferred style, size, frame, and background—then upload a photo of your pet. Once you're happy with your selections, place your order.
2. Preview & Approve
Within 3–5 business days, we'll email you a hand-painted proof of your artwork. Review it, request any revisions, or give us the green light to start production. Love the artwork, or pay nothing.
