Can I see my pillow design before it's made?

Absolutely! We'll email a digital preview of your pet's hand-painted artwork within 3–5 business days of your order. You can request unlimited revisions to adjust colors, pose details, or any element until you love the design. We only start cutting, printing, and stuffing your pillow once you give the final thumbs-up.

What if my pet photo isn't good enough?

We review every photo when we receive your order. If we spot issues like blurriness, poor focus, unclear outlines, or low resolution, we'll reach out via email to request a better one.

Please note: we do not change the pose or angle of your pet – your pillow will be cut exactly according to the silhouette in your photo. So for the best results, we recommend using a sharp, well-lit photo where your pet's face, fur colors, and body outline are clearly visible. Any pose is fine – sitting, lying, walking, or playing – as long as the photo is crisp and detailed. We're here to help if you're unsure – just email us your photo and we'll give you honest feedback before you order. If we can't use any of your photos, we'll refund your order in full — no artwork is started until we know your photo works.

What if I don't like my finished pillow?

During the preview stage, revisions are unlimited — and if we can't get the artwork right, you get a full refund before anything is made. Once you approve, your pillow is custom-cut and handmade, so change-of-mind returns aren't possible. But if it arrives damaged, incorrect, or different from the art you approved, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll remake it free of charge — and if a remake can't make it right, you'll get a full refund.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide with fully tracked shipping. Your custom pillow arrives within 5–10 business days after dispatch, and you'll get a tracking number as soon as it's on its way. Shipping is free on orders over $75; a flat $7.95 applies below that.

Do you only make dog-shaped pillows?

Not at all! We welcome pets of all shapes, sizes, and species – cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, horses, ferrets, birds, and anything in between. If it's family, we'll turn it into a huggable pillow. Every animal is celebrated here.

Can you feature my pillow on your website or social media?

How do I clean my pet-shaped pillow?

Spot clean only: gently wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then let it air dry. Keep the plush filling dry — don't machine wash, tumble dry, or submerge the pillow, and it'll stay soft and vibrant for years of cuddles.
